COVID-19 update : a message to clients and partners

Over the last months, we have all had to deal with the uncertainty that the escalation of the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to our communities and businesses. These are challenging times for all of us, and our thoughts go out to everyone who has been directly affected by this global health crisis.

Above all, Infotel values the health and safety of its employees, customers and stakeholders. We have been monitoring the situation with COVID-19 daily and are following the guidance of international public health bodies as well as government-issued directives to help minimize risks. We have deployed safeguards including home-working and virtual meetings, as well as eliminating all but essential travel.

Business continuity is a key priority here at Infotel and we are committed to providing the resources and support that our customers and partners need to make the most of their investments in our enterprise software. We are fortunate to have the infrastructure and resources – internal to our organization – to support an international and remote workforce. This means that our ability to operate business and advance software development projects has remained unchanged. The measures we have put in place are working to safeguard our people and ensure that you receive the continuity, quality and support that you entrust to us, through this uncertain period and beyond.
