The AGIRC ARRCO GIE must process numerous requests in 3 business areas: assets, services and businesses.


Functional income was a challenge for GIE. This was a result of its central positioning compared with other pension management organisations and the ongoing SI transformation project between GIE and its partners.

Functional and organisational complexity requires the preservation of functional knowledge. Having become a strategic issue, the GIE asked for assistance relocating services from Ormes to Paris.

The expert's viewpoint

We established a new working method by writing a guide of best practices in the field of automation and team training. I have also drawn up charts for estimating loads and the procedure for completing a POC (Proof of Concept). This approach, allowing us to offer a cheaper and more flexible solution incorporating daily operations into the delivery process compatible with agile methods, has led to us being entrusted with new projects once again. Developers are now able to benefit from automatic feedback on the results of their work and expertise within 24 hours, including appraisals of their applications' efficiency.
