Relocating services and training teams
The AGIRC ARRCO GIE must process numerous requests in 3 business areas: assets, services and businesses.
Context
Functional income was a challenge for GIE. This was a result of its central positioning compared with other pension management organisations and the ongoing SI transformation project between GIE and its partners.
Functional and organisational complexity requires the preservation of functional knowledge. Having become a strategic issue, the GIE asked for assistance relocating services from Ormes to Paris.
Project goals
- Establish knowledge of the scope, identifying assets and benefits
- Relocate services in Paris to benefit from the knowledge-pool available
- Manage workload
- Share the targets and adapt the workload of transforming the IS
- Introduce ISTQB certification for the entire client team and a SQUASH TM training plan
