Target achieved for 2010

In 2010, Infotel had a turnover of € 107.6 M (+ 20.6% compared to 2009), of which € 28.3 M responded to the last quarter (+ 15.9% as opposed to Q4 2009).

The year has been marked by dynamic growth in the Services activity (+ 22.4%), which represents 95% of the Group’s overall turnover. The acquisition of Addax (consolidated as of 1 January 2010) contributed in increasing € 5.1 M this good performance.

For Harwell Management, accounted for from 1 July 2010, the annual proforma turnover was € 109.5 M, in accordance with Infotel‘s target for 2010.

Services saw sustained activity (+ 16.6% to € 27 M) with an inter-contract rate lower than 1% for a workforce of more than 850 people (more than 1,300 people in subcontracting). The expansion of the service desks among potentially strong clients, associated with the renewal or earning new references, such as the partnership established with EADS on a European scale, support the Group on its principles and its forecast for growth.

The service provision associated with the deployment of the archiving and dematerialisation platform Arcsys have started to increase.

Finally, the acquisition of Addax has enabled Infotel to strengthen its geographical coverage: with Addax, which was merged with Infotel Conseil in January, south east France gave a turnover of € 5.3M, while west France, with Infotel Ouest, represented € 12.8 M.

Software (+2.5% to € 1.3 M in Q4) continued to suffer the wait-and-see approach of IBM clients following the announcement o the new series of mainframes zEnterprise and the new software versions. However, the recovery in IBM sales at the end of the year suggests a influx of royalties in the first quarter of 2011.

Moreover, the growing success of Arcsys, which is supported by the Group’s dual Software/Services expertise, has resulted in significant sales among major key accounts such as EDF or AXA.

Forecast for 2011:

Infotel has good forecast for its two areas of activity and approaches 2011 with confidence. Services benefits from a high level of renewal of medium-term contracts, giving its good visibility. As regards Software, several growth relays, such as the agreement with IBM bring the diffusion of the Merge Backup software or the commercialisation of the new computer-aided testing software Infoscope Tests, should contribute to the future growth in turnover.

The Group remains attentive to any opportunities for external growth that could strengthen its competences or supplement its network of proximity.

Infotel will define its aims for the year in progress during the publication of the 2010 results:
