Growth driven by the Services division

In the third quarter 2016, Infotel recorded a turnover up 6.7%. Over the first 9 months of the year, the growth was 9.2%.

The Services division (96% of total sales) posted an increase in turnover of 5.3% for the quarter, despite an unfavorable base effect. In total over 9 months, the growth was 9.1%.

The Bank remains the largest sector of activity in services and inter-contract rate still remains at a very low level, at 1.9% on average in the third quarter, despite the tensions in the market. Thus, the number of recruitments amounted to 275 bringing the total workforce to 2,009 employees at the end of September 2016.

During the quarter, the prospection was very dynamic with new referrals (including Crédit Agricole) that should open perspectives for new contracts.

The Software division (4% of total sales) recorded a significant amount of royalties for IBM 1,480 $k (1,325 €k). New sales of own developed software or distributed should be concluded by the end of the year.

  • Automisation of the accounting process: declaration of VAT, supplier bills, etc.
  • Standardisation and harmonisation of the business accounting processes.
  • Improving data security with the deletion of manual errors and with the synthesising of controls.
  • Contribution to the reduction in fraud risks, à la réduction des risques de fraude, reinforcement of operational security, audit trails and internal controls.
  • Support in the change management and accounting teams on the appropriation of this new solution.
