Recruitment process

  1. An initial meeting with a HR specialist offering you the opportunity to discuss your strengths, qualities and advancement ambitions and find out about Infotel’s values and history.
  2. The second interview with a market specialist will enable you to understand Infotel’s expectations, express your potential contribution. You will also be given a presentation on Infotel’s current activity and our missions.
  3. A final interview with a director where you will be able to talk more generally about your role before hopefully being offered a contract.

Induction and integration

Your arrival at Infotel is a key moment. The induction stage will help you understand the Group’s culture and strategy and together, we will define your working guidelines and our mutual expectations. This shared learning is the start of a long collaboration.

We will introduce you to your team, explain Infotel’s procedures and presentations from sales team members will be given to help you familiarise yourself with the business.

Management and progression

Your journey begins by mapping out a clear progression plan which will include:

  • A comparison between expected performance and actual performance
  • Aligning actual performance with the career plan
  • The outlook for the next six months
  • Training needs.

You’ll also get to speak with a commercial manager and/or technical manager to discuss and progress:

  • Technical competence
  • Ability to listen
  • Familiarity with the different professions
  • Advancement, coaching.

Throughout your career at Infotel, you will be guided and coached as you progress. Each team member is supervised during their initial stages of development, helping to cultivate skills and apply them to project specific requirements. Our coaching and development programme for new team members includes:

  • Supervision by your manager or senior developer to ensure you are being supported
  • Regular progress meetings within the team, discussing project requirements and updates
  • Annual skills and personal development assessment/review

Training will be continuous throughout your career at Infotel. We will provide or facilitate external training on knowledge linked with enterprise systems, applications development, programming languages, architectural understanding and beyond.

  • Improvement of KYC and the onboarding of new clients with automatic identity verification thanks to intelligent ID document processing on the web or in an application.
  • Acceleration in the dealing with requests for loans and mortgages: process and automatic classification of new documents, extraction of information and validation of data points.
  • Fraud prevention and respect of rules: automation of compliance requirements on contracts, financial documents and ID documentation.
  • Easing and simplification of the consumer spending comprehension: classification of bank transfers from the study of receipt and invoice item data.


Automated process of scientific papers and other documentation linked to the registering of a patent for intellectual property.


  • Recognition and automatic indexation of fields for a precise search among the documents relating to the patent application.
  • Standardisation of the documents with online specifications: bibliopraphy, expired patent, renewed patent, etc.


Automatic processing of receipts, bills and other financial documents.


  • Automisation of the accounting process: declaration of VAT, supplier bills, etc.
  • Standardisation and harmonisation of the business accounting processes.
  • Improving data security with the deletion of manual errors and with the synthesising of controls.
  • Contribution to the reduction in fraud risks, à la réduction des risques de fraude, reinforcement of operational security, audit trails and internal controls.
  • Support in the change management and accounting teams on the appropriation of this new solution.
