We are currently looking to take on an IT recruitment consultant to join our highly-regarded IT solutions consultancy.

Role & responsibilities

The recruiter will be working alongside the recruitment manager and sales executive, they will take ownership and responsibility of tasks assigned to them.

The recruiter will:

  • Develop relationships with senior directors within Infotel to help identify new opportunities
  • Drive new business across various sectors and identify sale opportunities
  • Generate new leads through professional networking, calls, emails and meetings
  • Assist the recruitment team with  job adverts, resourcing, interviews and pre-screening
  • Organise meetings/Interviews with clients and candidates
  • Liaise with staff in other locations and with external contacts
  • Organise and maintain diaries/calendars and make appointments.


The candidate must be comfortable using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases


Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, a pro-active, can-do approach to all tasks, excellent communication skills. They must be able to demonstrate an excellent work ethic, an ability to multitask, and commitment to quality.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have at least 2-3 years’ experience working within IT Recruitment
  • have strong business development experience
  • Have a good understanding of how IT consultancies operate
  • Be diplomatic, positive, and open-minded
  • Be willing to learn new technologies and ability to put them quickly into practice
  • Have strong IT skills particularly in Excel & other MS software
  • Be a team player and willingness to take on new tasks
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Be motivated and can work well in a team and also standalone
